Marketing Manager
Sunny Isles Beach, Florida | Full-Time | On Property
About the Role
The Marketing Manager is at the center of how The Sunny shows up in the world.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be deeply embedded in building and scaling a hotel brand in real time. You will help translate big ideas — from programming launches to partnerships to seasonal campaigns — into organized, high-impact execution across social, digital, and on-property activations.
You will work closely with senior marketing leadership, collaborate with hotel operations, and play a visible role in shaping how guests experience the brand both online and on property.
If you are energized by fast-paced environments, creative problem-solving, and seeing your work move from concept to launch quickly, this role offers meaningful exposure and real growth opportunity inside a hospitality group that is actively evolving.
The Sunny is a 340-room oceanfront boutique hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, blending modern design with a legacy of warm, personalized hospitality. We are building more than a marketing department — we are building a brand engine that connects programming, partnerships, creative, and revenue into one cohesive experience.

- Coordinate marketing support for programming, partnerships, and ambassador activations
- Lead execution of select on-property events and marketing-led activations
- Support influencer visits and on-site content logistics
- Capture content during programming and activations to support social and promotional efforts

- Ensure key brand moments are documented and available for future use
- Implement approved website updates
- Maintain booking links, tracking URLs, and campaign alignment
